Summary
Amends the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
(EPBC Act) to provide that only aggrieved persons (as defined by section 5 of the
Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
) may make an application for judicial review of decisions made under the EPBC Act.
